When I awoke this morning, I was dreaming that I was shaving!

It is ok and normal, it is not uncommon to have a wet shaving dream as you start your way into man shaving.
Sometimes I wish I could have moments like that, I guess my life is not peaceful enough at this juncture....It is just Whisker Whacking

Just hope it was a wet shave dream and not a nightmare shave dream...but then again, better to have the latter in your sleep....
