Thankfully I bought the razor from my other thread. This was on my watch list from when I first started hunting.

Personally I would pass just due to the wear
But if it is cheap enough will be a good practicer maybe
    Saved,
    to shave another day.

That poor razor is well past its prime. To your advantage it passed you by. Check the "Auction" heading on the main page. There are some great resources within for hedging your luck on eBay.

The pictures are deceptive. Looking at the first photos you'd think that it was a nice razor.

After looking closer it seems very uneven, or is it just my eyes?
That much hone abuse and still chips on the edge - somebody has had a lot of free time on their hands and don't know much about sharpening.

Good buy for 16$ or should I cancel the sale. It is not shave ready at all.
You should learn what to look for before bidding, plus follow auction etiquette, ie pay for it not waste everyone's time and make yourself look a heel into the bargain.

    Dat honewear.

It has an unevenly worn spine, a frown and a toe that is visibly less wide than the heel - if it had a hook-heel it would likely tick all the boxes for avoiding a razor.
