    I'd snatch it in a heartbeat Hagan at that price.
    That razor is a Klingon Z3, very sought after.

    After looking closer it seems very uneven, or is it just my eyes?

    Thankfully I bought the razor from my other thread. This was on my watch list from when I first started hunting.

    Personally I would pass just due to the wear
    But if it is cheap enough will be a good practicer maybe

    That poor razor is well past its prime. To your advantage it passed you by. Check the "Auction" heading on the main page. There are some great resources within for hedging your luck on eBay.

    That much hone abuse and still chips on the edge - somebody has had a lot of free time on their hands and don't know much about sharpening.
