    Spears is far more cringe-worthy than any scar dished out by a straight. Bet that 1.5"er has a good story behind it… We're all bound to have that "DOH!!!" moment with this learning curve. Seriously though, safety first (no pun intended).

    don't over think it.

    Just give it a go, and know that it won't be the same, and you'll have to transition a little bit.


    ...and to take your sweet slow time learning to strop such that you don't wreck the edge on your new WD razor.

    No doubt! No, I wish it had a good story, like I was fending off and intruder while trying to finish my shave with my non-dominate hand. But alas... It was me not paying enough attention and I moved my jaw while trying to navigate the chin. Certainly a lesson learned and one of those "forehead slap" moments (after I put the razor down of course!).
