Jemmo, just IMHO, a DMT 325 is great for flattening waterstones, and maybe for taking large chips out of straight razors, honing kitchen knives, but is too coarse for setting bevels on straight razors. I use a 1K waterstone for setting bevels most of the time. I might on occasion go as low as 600 grit for problem wedges, but rarely.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

Crox is the same as Chrome oxide.
Crox is just the common abbreviation (Cr Ox).
