Just use sandpaper to get the chips out and then hone. There are videos on YouTube, give it a go.

That's a cheap (a couple of $) poor quality razor with a big markup. But if you're happy with it you can find somebody to fix it for you and continue.

Here I have a deal for you. I am no Glen or Lynn. But those nicks in the blade don't seem too bad. I'll give you a loaner razor and you send me yours. If it is as gugi says a cheap razor and not worth it to hone it you get to keep the loaner. If I can fix I'll send it back to you and you send me mine back. I will ensure the loaner will be shave ready. Just pm me if that sounds fine
