    You are absolutely right - we are supposed to be mature. Some of us are, in years, anyway.

    You are also right about the thread being finished - but there is still some fun to be had out of it. It wouldn't interest the seriously mature guys, but it warms the heart of the old and immature ones like me.

    Nothing wrong with being old and immature. Ask Hugh Heffner...

    PS: you are wrong on one point - some blades are still made the way old ones were, but they tend to be revived companies like Revisor who use a lot of old guys, skills, and machinery going back to something like the 1950s and which are the only example of its kind I know of, along with custom makers. Good hitting average you had there, though!
