Default A quick question about the forum rules

I responded to a post in the DE section about a particular blade.

    No problems there.

I know of a brick and mortar company that sells the blades that were subject of the DE thread at good price.

I am not a vendor nor have any affiliation with any shaving vendors.

Is it against the rules to send a quick PM telling the OP the name of the company?

I would receive no benefit other than helping someone out.

    Take care,
    Jason

What you do in a PM is your business, though it is also the recipient's business too so it can come to the attention of the mods if they report it for whatever reason. But from what you are describing I can't see a problem.

You should be fine helping out another member, give it a go.

All good as long as the recipient doesn't feel you're spamming him. Thank you for asking first.

I mention other vendors as well, not a problem & good question.
