    Default Just Purchased...

    Greetings;

    I finally decided to 'take the plunge' on begining to start shaving with a Straight Razor after over a year of comtemplating it.

    I ordered blade 4422 from urleebird yesterday, and then purchased a strop, lather, aftershave etc over Amazon (decent selection there!).

    My priorities were:
    1. Decent (preferably old), entry-level elegant razor under $100;
    2. Pre-honed;
    I'm looking forward to getting it :-)

    I'll follow up here with my experiences in 2 weeks or so.

    Looks like a very clean razor, and should serve you well. Bill always mentioned that there was "something" about silver steel, and his honing skill is outstanding too.
