Depending on the razor and the area its covering, I can sometimes use the entire blade of the razor. I have a goatee so the area directly under my chin has some permanent facial hair that I want to avoid. In the absence of that it would not be a problem. If the area is too narrow for the entire blade you can either angle the blade slightly or allow part of it to exceed the jaw line. As you know, the neck area is an ever changing landscape. Every inch seems to need special attention. So you have to make minor adjustments as you go. If your beard grows in that direction, give it a shot and see if it works for you. I have no video equipment so I don't foresee any video documentation of it coming soon. But I've shared that technique with others and most of them come back to say that it really helped do what they could not do prior. Stretching the skin tight is extremely important when doing this. I usually pull the skin from directly behind the blade AND below the line that the tip is traveling. Because of the uneven nature of the neck, you don't want the tip of the razor to catch any loose skin. I use a lot of square and spike tips so this is most important for me. If you're using a round tip, maybe it'll be a little more forgiving. If you try it, let me know how it goes.
