I actually shave better without a mirror. Having a mirror in front of me gets me confused especially on my left side.

Even a cartridge can get you while intoxicated I have noticed ;)

I would also add not to get too confident in the beginning.

Don't try to do too much, too fast. Take your time.

Don't shave with a dull razor. You will press too hard and make too many passes.

That's the thing.... I got a razor in the mail today, and the first thing I did was, give the seller feedback and "oh that's a nice böker....., honey, i did it again...." dammit. Dog house for me tonight.
