Giesen & Forsthoff strop paste
Hi, just want some advice on the quality of Giesen & Forsthoff strop paste, I can get the white, green paste as well as the black, red block paste. the plan is to get some Balsa wood and place the paste on that and do some touch ups with my razors. the Giesen & Forsthoff is all that I can find locally.

Yeah same as the dovo stuff just a different name. The white is not a abrasive. From memory the green is equal to about 4k, the red to about 8k and the black about 12k. Think they are slow to use though. If just touching up the red and black would be fine. Good luck

The white in the tube that I have has about .1μ diamond and definitely is very abrasive! Yellow is for leather and the others are as listed above.
