Thread: horrible first straight razor shave experience

I am quite pissed. I really hate the US postal service. I have no idea what exactly you sent because the package was ripped open with rubber bands holding it together when i received the envelope. I am not sure if you sent one razor or two? I only received one. The orange imperial razor. However it is broken. I don't think you would of sent a broken razor, but i could be wrong.

I have pictures of what i received on my end.



The first image is what was in the envelope. The second one is how the envelope was put in my mail box. The third one shows the end ripped open.

I am quite angry now at the USPS. IS there a way to fix the razor? Can i somehow make USPS accountable? Or is it SOL? That really sucks, because this razor feels wicked sharp.

EDIT:
I called the postmaster, but i just missed him today. So i will call tomorrow. I have a feeling i know what happened. Probably the envelope chewed up by the conveyor belt again in Rochester.
