Thanked: 510pups heck of a nice gesture. I really appreciate it! I have contacted the vendor and as I suspected he is going to take care of it for me. I don't know what could have happened with the edge but I have confidence he will get it back to me with a much better edge. If not for some reason I may call upon you and cash in on such a friendly gesture thanks!

Thanked: 5
Steel if I was unsure of this vendor I probably would accept 10pups offer right away but I spoke with this vendor on the phone and like I stated earlier he seems like a straight up guy. From conversations with others getting a razor from this place that is not shave ready could very well be a first. Things happen and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. And thanks on the comment about the aesthetics of the razor. I fell in love with it when I saw it. And was totally satisfied in it condition it was as advertised in mint condition.

Thanked: 1184I think your doing good, giving him a chance to make it right. I would feel like poo if somebody wasn't happy with my work. Worse if I didn't have a chance to make up for it :<0)
Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.
