Thanked: 7first few shaves NOT cutting myself
I just realized the last few shaves that i have not knicked myself. Im starting to get more fluent in those areas that i knicked myself. Shaves are starting to quicken. Whew! What a relief. I am quite excited.

Glad to hear it's coming along well for you. I'm learning the nuances of SR shaving myself and am sharing the journey with you.

The more you do it, the more comfortable you get. Just don't let your guard down. A little over confidence and lack of attention will bite you...It has me.

Thanked: 5I'm right there with you metal! I'm new too but after about 15 or so shaves it seems with every shave I am improving. For me I really enjoyed my first shave and since then they have all been even more enjoyable. Seems after my 5th or 6th I really figured it out. It's a big milestone when you figure out the technique to avoid nicks and irritation! Congrats!

I'm a noob too, with about twenty shaves... Amazing the difference between now and my first couple attempts. The over confidence will get you. My first good nick happened at shave number 17, lol.
