    Damascus razors look pretty, and there's the only difference just as easy to hone they shave just as well as any other well made straight razor and no better.

    I was curious and shaved with my Mastro Livi Damascus, Rick Pay Damascus, my Snail Forge Wootz, Aust carbon and my Mastro Livi carbon steel razors. All shave great but there is a different feel. Whether that means one shaves better then others is a matter of opinion. I feel in my humble opinion it comes down to which feel I prefer. I also agree that the grind plays an important part in feel.
