In 2014 I tossed the Mach3 to return to the DE (started shaving with a DE at around 14). For 2015 I resolve to move on to straights like my paternal grandfather used until the siren song of electrics lued him away. I only wish I had his razors.

1) stop buying more till I actually test and use what I have. I have virtually NOS razors I have used one time when I tested the edge I put on it.
2) Finally get the 2 kamisoris I have to shave properly and to start using them.
3) try to stop the AD related purchases. Have been holding out till I have more money up and getting more expensive items instead of buying whatever I can for the money I have.My wife calls me......... Can you just use Ed

I don't make resolutions as they are a recipe for disaster, but i basically don't need to buy anything until at least 2025 based on my calculation for how long my soap will last, however my aftershave will run out somewhere over the next 6-12 months. So I suppose it is to only buy what i need.
Bread and water can so easily become tea and toast

1) Slowly invest in the tools and knowledge for restorations
2) Remodel shave shack (tiny bathroom)
3) Endeavor to take steps toward B, and not Z, in attaining proficiency and self-sufficiency in our art
4) Savour the journey
Best wishes to all in the New Year, and Happy Shaving!

First and foremost, to take more time to enjoy my shave. Second, to try to get some SOTD posts going again. I've been too busy lately.

I'm with Ed on this one, my only New Years resolution has been to never make one, and I'm acing that one...and am with OCDShaver as well, take more time to enjoy my shaves. It seems I look forward to it so much, and then can't shake the habit of getting it done quickly from habit, rather than taking my time and enjoying....
