You'll get there but it definitely takes more practice than your realize. One quick test for a rolled edge, gently push a pin down the blade to the edge, if the edge hasn't been rolled it should just slide off. If it sticks the edge is rolled and you need to practice your stropping technique. You see I already told you practice, practice and then practice some more.
