Thanked: 1just a hi from me
I think it's about time for me to say hi. I am a current DE shaver. I have always wanted to shave w/ a strait and this is the year.....
due to cash flow restraints I have set the target date for straitrazor shaving of sep 12th, (my bday). so I have about 5 months to consolidate my fecal matter....

These are really great razors and fairly easy to hone (ok and also easy to damage the blade when you begin honing (ooops)) although you can not beat using a honemeister.
It is definitely a razor, hone and strop worth buying in my opinion as a newbie. I got it and was instantly converted. Only problem is now I've put a ding in the blade as I was getting over confident while honing and am having to send away.
Go on buy it, you know you want to
