Thread: My first straight razor

Thiers issard, le grelot form, rams horn, carbonsong c-135 steel, 11/16, half hollow, x-thick grind, shoulderless, round point. The picture isn't really doing it justice, she is a thing of beauty.

The ONLY thing I don't really like is the etching on the tang,the etching appears to be lazered? rather than stamped?

I need to buy a strop ASAP.

EDIT: How could I forget this is actually my second SR not my first. I bought a £3 gold dollar a few weeks ago, with the intention of using it to practice stropping and maybe try to hone it one day.
