    Phrank is pretty close as he is in Toronto. There is also Badgister in Montreal. You could shoot him a private message too. They are both very knowledgeable and have connections outside the forum as well.

    I would ask the barber if they are shave ready and if they are just clean them up and use them. If not ask him what he did with his hone and strop :<0) Maybe offer to buy them and take lessons.
