Honning in New Brunswick
Hello
im Richard, and im new to this site, and new to straight razor shaving
i used shavets for some time, but i just my first solid blade, which wasnt shave ready. and i want it to honed professionally before i buy my stone and maintain it after that
do you know anyone if the fredericton area? who can do it?

honing is as close as your post office ,, look in the vendors section here and might find someone close ,, but it is mostly done by mail , and don't let any knife shop hone it for you, only guys who actually shave with them good luck tc

Richard What kind of razor did you pickup? I dont know of anyone in NB that hones but there are some in Quebec and Nova Scotia. Welcome to the Forum.

Welcome. There are guys in eastern Canada like TrilliumLT says, but unless you find someone within driving distance tcrideshd has it right. I can't imagine that it will take long to go to TO or Montreal by mail. PM TrilliumLT and see who he knows in NB as that is likely the closest.
