Thread: remove scales?

i was wondering how to remove the scales on a razor, in order to change out the blade. a lot of the e-bay razors have great scales, but bad blades. I wanted to buy one of these bad razors (good scales) and change out the blade with the one that i use right now. Any tips would be appreciated.

What I've done in the past is use a cut off disk on a dremmel to cut the pin. I know there are other methods.
