    This was Originally transcribed and posted by Jim R. here at SRP but being coddled by my toys/iPad i like to have it easy, after a search I couldn't find it in an easy to download pdf. So I converted them into a PDF file you can open without the links, in iBooks. Please let me know if these work and if not maybe I can send them to someone who can make them work. (I have it in "Word" but It wouldn't upload

    Except the cover page was in Japanese.
