Thanked: 9OK, I saw the razors but how does it work? I assume we need to pay for the service, what does shipping cost, etc? I am sorry to say it wasn't very clear from this page...
Maybe a short guide for newbies to Japanese proxy service (several steps, what to do when, etc.) can be helpful?

Yes, I don't think we have any other members from Japan, although I'm sure we will be corrected if that comment is in error.

I'm new to the community as well and also just came from japan. I bought my feather razor there but my japanese was horrible and not many japanese use straight razors anymore so I didn't find any traditional japanese style razors while I was there. I've searched online but every search comes up with the feather razor company site. I'll be checking out your link and you can probably make some money off of me.
By the way...Could I use a western style paddle strop on the japanese style blade or is there a special strop I should be looking for?Last edited by saladbar2000; 05-13-2007 at 03:53 AM.
