If finding a reputable honer is a problem, which I don't think it will be. I don't know of any honers in your country but if sending out to the UK or other neighboring countries is cost prohibitive, I would strongly encourage you to begin and learn to hone and maintain your own. Why? Because no one loves your razors more than you, and in the end its worth it. It will bring more enjoyment to your hobby, its not that hard, and just requires a bit of patience and attention. Plenty of great info is out there and good equipment. You'll thank me later.
