I did too!
But, have a backup! I tore my bicep and had to have total bicep and tendon reconstruction surgery. Straight shaving wasn't even in the picture for several months! This led me me to loving both straight razors and DepE shaving.
Plus, Obie putting up sweet pics of razors that I wanted to try.Obie likes this.It's a dog eat dog world and I have on milk bone underwear.

About five years ago, when I started to get interested in SRS, I spent a bit of money, but now I just have two razors (I actually use just one), a leather strop - I am not ready for honing yet, and may never want to. I have a badger hair brush and some decent shaving soap and a a short mug I use for a scuttle. Just learning to shave good is my priority right now, and these items are all that I care to own at this time.
