Thread: What a wonderful day!

This morning I received my Mastro Livi griffeto with mother of pear scales, and a Plisson 14 high mountain badger brush, and a feather DE razor with stand in satin finish.
Dilema time, do I use my ML or the DE ? After admiring all the hardware for a while I came up with the answer!
I did my first pass with the ML, a totally different shave from my TI and DOVO, but completed it without any nicks, and would have been cool to leave it at that, but I lathered up again and did the second pass with the DE, so I got to use my new toys all in one shave.
Im going to put purchasing more stuff off for a bit, particularly as SWIMBO noticed the growing number of shavers! The trouble is I've got a Esbjerg-Koorat winging its way to me in the post, oh dear, that's definitely, probably, maybe my last purchase for a while, if I don't win a bid I put on eboy!
Ill send some pics as and when the E-K arrives of the collection.
There should be a health warning on the dangers of EAD on every online shaving site, it's just to much to resist

Tongue in cheek dilemma, I'm really enjoying the Mastro Livi, it's a real joy to use.
I'm up to 2 pass careful shave now, when I can devote the time to go slowly.
I love taking half an hour of 'me time' in the bathroom and the satisfaction after putting on the cologne and feeling the freshly faced face is hard to beat.

The 30-45 minutes of "me time" is something I give myself everyday. Quite often it is the only "me time" of the day and I thoroughly enjoy it. Make the time for yourself, you deserve it.
