    Default Easy, like Sunday morning

After making a complete balls up with my new Koorat on the hones, I spent the first part of the morning honing up my eBay F Herderer and then rapaired to the bathroom for my slow and easy Sunday morning shave.
I made he first pass with the newly honed FE and it was fine, I surprised myself!
I then went for the second pass with my gorgeous Mastro Livi Griffeto. Using it is absolutely sublime, it's my favourite blade and makes it a real joy to shave. Net result was a close shave with no claret at all, not even a weeper.
I applied all the necessary gentlemanly balms and aftershaves, feeling really good now, stepped out of the bathroom and placed my face in the stream of the aircon about 4 feet from the outlets. Absolute bloody luxury, that blast of cool air on my newly shaved face.
All that's left to do is pop downstairs, and make a coffee for SWIMBO to wake up too, and that will complete a perfect start to Sunday afternoon. Just thought I'd share how much becoming a straight razor shaver has enhanced my life.
The D in DMA is Duncan, my name.

Absolutely nothing wrong with pampering yourself and having a spa like treatment. Retirement gives me the luxury of pretty much doing it every day. I can't think of a better way to start the morning. Of course coffee is always included in the routine!
    Enjoy!

Leave the Koorat until tomorrow, then go back to the hones. Good luck.
