    Default Damn it burns!!!

I just got my razor from Lynn and this is the second day I have used it. I seem to be able to get a good shave on the sides of my face, upper lip, and front of my chin. Now when I get to my neck, jawline, and underside of my chin it feels like I am setting my face on fire.
    What am I doing wrong?

Too much pressure or too steep of an angle are two of the more likely causes.

I found that flattening the razor's angle (meaning that the spine is closer to the skin) helps dramatically in reducing the burn. Also, keep a lighter touch on those areas.

Also, I don't know how much you stretch your skin but I've found that on everything from under my chin down the neck, if I didn't stretch the skin as much I got a closer, more comfortable shave.

Agreed, try to watch out for stretching skin too much, it will result in a much less abrasive shave. Also, I would recommend checking the direction of hair growth on your neck. Neck hair tends to grow multi-directional for a lot of people and your first pass could be going ATG in certain areas causing irritation.
