Cold water shaving is an excellent way to shave - there are many cold water shavers here.
I was one for quite a long time, then the lure of a hot water filled scuttle and warm lather was to tempting.
BobH has been a dedicated cold water shaver for years IIRC.....

Thanked: 0I'm intrigued by this. I have skin issues (eczema) and hot water tends to dry me out and cause rashes. I hadn't considered trying a cold water shave though, everything I'd read previously had only talked about hot (and I'm still quite the newbie). I think I will give this a try and see if it helps my skin.

Thanked: 0Tried the cold water shave. It didn't feel as nice during the shave (hot water feels nice), but I also saw much reduced redness or bumps after the fact. All in all a win. I'm going to go with it for a while and see how it plays out.
