Look under the classifieds, Owl, here on SRP. You'll find honing ads there.

Hey Owl,
I live up here in Prescott. Cremo Cream available at Wal Mart in their shaving display, is super cheap, about 6 or 7 bucks a tube. A tube will last about 3 months. You can use it straight out of the tube on to the face or with a brush and bowl. Either way it works great. It lathers fast, it smells great and it lubricates. Soaps can be found in all price ranges but they tend to be expensive.
If you're in my area I can show you what a "Shave Ready" blade feels like. Don't forget to bring your beard. Your blade could already be shave ready, I don't know till I see it. I've been SR shaving for about a year now and I've invested a lot time learning, feel free to ask questions to me or any of the other members on the forum. Welcome to SRP..... As said the classifieds are full of known honers offering a quality service. If you can get one on one help that is the best course. Saves a lot of trial and error. Good luck
