Hi Magpie,

I've found nothing offensive in any post on this thread. Kids could watch most TV shows and become exposed to far, far worse. But it's not my call.

I was surprised that men shave their wives' or girlfriends' legs. I've never tried it. If I were to try to shave my girlfriend's legs, I won't be thinking about anything other than paying attention to what I'm doing.

I have a high school friend. We met a few years ago for a platonic evening out. She told me that when she was younger, she allowed men to shave her legs. I made no judgment about it. In fact, I had forgotten about it until this thread. Knowing what I don't know is whether a woman would allow her husband or boyfriend to shave her legs because she wants to be pampered.

My sentiments about a woman allowing her husband or boyfriend to shave her legs is that she'd have to have complete trust in him. I use a Fusion now. When I'm shaving, I pay complete attention to what I'm doing. Even a Fusion will cut the heck outta my face if I'm not paying attention.

BTW, my girlfriend told me today that the latest rages among women are eyelash extensions and a process that causes women's eyebrows to look thicker. My guess is that estheticians are diversifying because women aren't waxing as much as when it was all the rage. I can't see a woman spending 70 bucks for a complete waxing when she can do the same thing at her convenience at close to 70 bucks less. Why wax when a woman could shave for next to nothing and at her convenience?

I do have a very practical side to me.

Take care,

TB
