Thanked: 0Introductions
Hi all,
My name is Laurens, nicknamed Loei by all my friends.
I have been active for over a year on the Dutch shaving forum Shaving Society and a bit less active on B&B.
Lately been being a bit more active on B&B, and since my collection of straight razors has grown to a number of 6 in total over the last 3 months I thought I'd register here.
I currently own the following straights, in order of acquiring:
- Feather AC SS
- Cowboy 5/8
- Garantie Paris #43
- Titan 6/8
- St. Etienne 7/8 frameback
- Mappin & Webb 5/8
Cheers,
Loei

A Mappin & Webb razor is TOP NOTCH! One of my favorite Sheffield makers. Usually made with high dollar steel and scale material like Ivory. Oh yeah- welcome Loel.

What a curse be a dull razor; what a prideful comfort a sharp one

Hello Loei !!!! welcome to the forum!
i hoppe i can bother you with sharing some of your experiences... i'm particularly interested in your experience with the Titan 6/8... edge retention from your experience and how does it compare for example with the other blades you have?
