"Cut of the day" is a nice soother.... there's ALWAYS someone who did done it worse than you.

Otherwise, keep a recent photo handy for the plastic surgeon so he/she knows what goes where, and ultimately.... Chicks dig scars!

As for those *&($&_#$@ spike point razors... I neuter them with a diamond paddle... just a few swipes is all it takes. You can use a hone if you wish, I just happen to have some small EZE-LAP Diamond paddle hones from my woodworking shop that are perfect. The "fine" is my favourite, and they do not cost very much. My real use is for touching up HSS turning tools or anywhere I run into hardened steel or carbide that needs honing.
