I do not, unless you are within a few miles drive. I do not accept through the mail razors to be honed.

Thanked: 580If you are referring to the Dovo you recently purchased from a Barber, it could possibly be shave ready. Go to the beginners section, read as much as you can. Without stropping it, attempt to shave your cheek only with your dominant hand. Low angle. If this fails, send out for a hone. If you get a satisfactory result, continue with your non-dominant hand on opposite cheek, and so on.

I bought a new Dovo and it was "shave ready" from the factory, though not as good as I would have liked but certainly enough to shave with. Do as Grazor has suggested. If you do end up sending it away I don't think that it will need much more than just a refresh on a high grit stone so shouldn't be time consuming or expensive.
Fact: Opinions are not the same as facts... Well, that's my opinion anyway
