First no cut shave!
Attachment 259728
Had my first shave without a drop of blood! I'm feeling very accomplished. I used my Bismarck #406. It's is a good feeling to get a near perfect shave from a razor that I polished and honed myself. It's starting to be a good looking razor not to forget an amazing shaver!

Thanked: 634And this too shall pass. No matter how long you use a straight there will always be an incident where you draw blood. It's just one of those things.

Congrats! Enjoy the feeling - don't worry about tomorrow's shave or the next time you might cut yourself. Be happy with this one today! It's a good feeling.

I'm hoping it will last. But I'm sure I'll cut myself again, but now at least I know it won't always happen.

Thanked: 292Congratulations!
And remember that as long as the blade is sharp enough, the cuts don't hurt much. I would far rather get a razor cut than a paper cut.
