rust
I now that is an extreme four letter word, but it appears that I have some developing on the back and shoulder. I think it is coming from condensation from the handle. At any rate, I have corrected my approach at storage, and I initially thought that these spots were from the oil that the shop put on the blade, as it did not come off easily. However, now that I have attempted to really wipe the blade, they don't seem to be coming off, and I would like to know how to go about getting rid of it.
Thanks as always!

Thanks, I will try that. On a side note, I used a different technique than what I had been doing to strop. I made myself keep the blade on the strop and flip it with a roll of the fingers, and I must say that my face feels great today! Really great actually. No burn, pretty close shave, though not as close as I would like to get to in some areas, but close enough all around. Now I know why this is so great. All it takes is one good shave, and you are hooked!!!
