    Thanks for the new pix, I appreciate it. Looks like that side might have seen some love in any case. I would say it might have been pasted but that dye seems equally distributed on the sides. In any case, it's a nice little piece. Perhaps not the best for starters, but it might be interesting to come back to it later, or as a travel strop.
