Thread: Cant get sharp with naniwa 12000

like the others have said it depends on the edge , if you have one at all. start with a 1k after bread knifing, than after you have an edge there go to a 4k/8k to finish your edge, you shouldn't 'need ' any other hones
also, if this is your first razor and are looking to learn / teach yourself how to hone, than get it honed by the master so you know what your looking for in an edge when you get it back.
