It is from a reputable manufacturer and supplied from a reputable website, so i don't expect the problems lie there. It just came back and after shaving with it I can feel that it is a lot sharper for sure but it still drags and tugs my hair quite a bit.

Is there a reason you don't name the brand of razor ? It may be an issue. If it is indeed a quality razor we can consider the honer's skill & your shaving skills.

Have not given a PIF here as of yet so if you send it my way I will hone for free and send it back, only requirement is it has to be a quality straight not a RSO I have tried several times honing RSO's and they are a lost cause...
