Been gone a while
Hello. I think last time I was "active" in this forum was when I was living in Japan. That was Like 6 Years ago. When I packed up and moved back to the states, my razors went missing in the move. I just came across them again and think I am going to give them a go again. Luckily, when I packed them up, they were oiled so rust is minimal and will clean right up. My current line-up is a Dovo, a Jonathan Crooke, and a Filarmonica, all 5/8 hollow ground blades. I need to find some stones or someone local (Norfolk, Va) that can hone a razor. I haven't done it in too long and can't say that I was all that good when I did try. Well, Hello again to everyone and Happy New Year!
Edited to correct one of my razors.Last edited by straightshot; 01-02-2018 at 04:21 PM.

Welcome back. Glad you found us again. there is a place here somewhere to look up folks around/close to you. You might find a honer close by. But the mail box is right out the door, so you could send them to many of the honers here and get them back in a week or so. Ether way, your on the right path to a great shave once again.
It's just Sharpening, right?
