Hello. New at this but I cannot find any information on a Shepley, Bey-Attrash, New York, Made in Germany, straight razor. Any help would be appreciated.

It will be a razor made in Germany for a retailer. Usually, they are good quality.

Thanked: 3795I have no idea, but it was common for german made straight razors to be re-branded by hardware stores and other vendors for advertising. This also was/is done commonly with fly swatters, rulers, ash trays, and other things.

Bey-Attrash is an Arabic last name or clan name roughly translated to deaf chieftan.
Probably either a Turkish name or a marketing gimmick to make it sound exotic.
Shepley is a common English last name and there are a lot of Shepleys in the New York area.
Shepley could have been anything from a hotel to a fine men's clothing store to a hardware store. Hard to say.
