Back Again
Hello everyone. I originally joined in 2008 and have enjoyed straight razor shaves up until 2014 when the devil called Cancer decided to give me a run for my money. After five long years and two successive bouts with cancer, surgeries, and Chemo, I seem to have that miserable disease whipped down to Parade Rest. Just started bringing my two razors back up to speed, and look forward to resuming the Royalty of Shaving methods.

Welcome back! The name has changed but the content and camaraderie hasn't. I am also a cancer survivor and started using straight razors when my beard started growing back. I had a full beard for forty years before chemo and felt a change was needed. I found this site by pure chance and haven't looked back. I have made friends that I never knew exsisted until I got deeply involved with all of this.

Thanked: 3226Welcome back after your long hard fight with the Big C. No better way to celebrate than getting back into the swing of things with your straight razors.

Welcome Back!
As has been said, the name has changed but not the spirit and the helpful members.
Congratulations on your winning your battle on your way to defeating that evil.
