    Default Honemeister NYC

    Greetings all,
I'm returning to straight razor shaving after a few years hiatus and my one "real" razorbill need sharpening soon.
Several years ago, I gave some to a guy named Nelson, but I don't remember his name or contact info. Can anyone help? Any others in NYC you could recommend?

    Thanks in advance,

Nelson aka. Bayamontare is a great guy and one of the best honemeisters there is.

I don't know if he is still taking customer work.
    Try this : [email protected]

You could also look here under his member profile for any additional information.

    Good luck!

Welcome back to the Older But Better Way Of Shaving

The only 'Nelson' that comes to mind is The Big Spender who is down in New Mexico--

    Does that ring a bell?

Glen (gssixgun) does a really nice job of honing and restoration. I highly recommend him:

I hope this is of some help.
Our house is as Neil left it- an Aladdins cave of 'stuff'.
