    Sure. In the menu bar of the reply window, you will see some groups of icons for changing to Bold font, Italic, Underscore, etc and finally the last group will have an icon for a link, email, unlink, then "insert image", then video, then quote. You want the "insert image" icon. Looks like a picture in a picture frame. Click it and you get a dialog to search your computer for the pic you want to post.
