Hello, all. I've been lurking these forums for a few weeks researching for my first purchase. I have come to these choices for a beginner like me:

- DOVO 5/8 Complete Straight Razor set w/ Heirloom Paddle Strop

- "Classic Black" Straight Razor Set (with added "Pre-Honed Razor Option")

Both of these sets are about $160 when worked out with shipping and the pre-honed option for the set at Vintage Blades. I'm really having a hard time selecting between the two.
How should the inequities in each package dictate my choice? Better strop/pre-paste with WSG package? Better brush with Vintage? Better razor with Vintage? Styptic pencil? etc.

Will someone enlighten me as to which set will be better for this new straight razor user? I look forward to hearing back from you.
