    Is there some sort of post quota required to be able to post a classified ad?

    No quota. Just a 10.00 yearly fee.
    It cuts down on people just using us for sales and not being real members.

    Its in the rules.

    $10 A year and you can sell 10 items a month. If you have a larger quantity you can be a vendor for I believe $100 a year and have no limit.
