Welcome to the club.
You will probably never go back to DEs or cartidges again.
as part of the initiation you are bound to get some battle scars. Once you become a seasoned veteran things will get a lot better.

Well, for the moment I just think I'll go back to DEs or cartridge only for short airplane trip where I'm not allowed to take open razors into the cabin baggage.

I could never go back to shaving with a mock 3 again. Congrats on your shave and I have a few scars to show my over-confidence.

I wasnt paying attention to my shave today....and the 7/8 took a nick out of my nose :P

Today I went for the second shave.
It was smoother than the first one, but I still need to improve my honing... the razor still pull the beard... BTW this time I got a good and close shave, another cut and less irritation. Well... they say "third time lucky", wish that's true
