Greetings! I'm new to the forums, but have been browsing the site for a while now. I've done some searching and haven't found an answer to my question, but I could've overlooked something. Forgive me if this is a double post.

I've been using a straight razor for several months now and I'm pretty particular about making sure my razor is dry and properly stored. I must've missed some water a couple of times because my razor is starting to form rust spots.

My question is how does one remove rust from a razor? The rust hasn't reached the edge yet, and it's just some small spots, but I'm not about to shave with it, just in case. I've tried soaking it over night in Barbacide to no avail.
